'All Displaced persons of 1947 from POJK are hereby informed through this notice that those who have not collected application forms and those who are yet to submit their Claim Files are requested to do the needful within period of one (01) month from the date of publishing of this notice. Further all those applicants who have submitted their claim files but are pending due to various objections are asked to clear their objections by way of submitting requisite documents in this office on any working day from 10:30am to 2:00pm. |

Note:
1. Person having any objections with regard to appended list of beneficiaries (Alive or Non-Alive) may file their complaint within 15 days before Custodian/Ex-Officio Provincial Rehabilitation Officer(PRO) Jammu at his Office situated at Wazarat Road, Jammu.
2 'The beneficiaries whose names have not been reflected in the lists appended herewith due to various reasons shall be contacted by the department telephonically on their given numbers in an alphabetical order from 1st may 2017 onward. It is as such requested to kindly bear with us and wait for the Call and as such avoid visiting the Office of the Provincial Rehabilitation Office, Wazarat Road Jammu on that account.' |
